Our DNA^® 25 Competencies – Personal Skills assessment measures a person’s transferable job skills. Sometimes we call these “soft skills” because they apply in virtually any and every work environment. These include skills such as Personal Accountability, Leadership, Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Interpersonal Skills.

Research by our strategic partner, TTI Success Insights, has uncovered a high correlation between soft skills and career success. For example, top-performing entrepreneurs and salespeople tend to have above-average scores across the board. When used in combination with DISC and Driving Forces, we can produce job benchmarks that yield upwards of 80% hiring confidence.
